How to play
Minesweet is classic Minesweeper with a modern look. Every number tells you how many of the eight touching tiles hide a mine. Clear every safe tile to win. Your first click is always safe and opens an area. Beginner is 9×9 with 10 mines, Intermediate 16×16 with 40, and Expert 30×16 with 99.
Daily Duel
Everyone gets the same Intermediate board each day, and it changes at 00:00 UTC. Each board can be solved by logic alone, so no guessing is required. Keep a streak, share your result, and sign in to appear on the daily leaderboard.
Trap Your Friend and Revenge
Clear a board, then send the link. Your friend plays the exact same mine layout and tries to beat your time. Fastest total time wins, and equal times go to fewer mistakes (a mistake is a flag on a safe tile). Afterwards they can hit Revenge to send you a brand new board, and the rounds keep going. No account is needed on either side.
Sabotage cards
Win boards to earn cards. Attach one sabotage card to a challenge before you play it: Blackout darkens their board briefly, Confusion hides the numbers for a few seconds, Time Attack adds 5 seconds, and Double Trouble makes them clear a tiny side board. Shield blocks one incoming card and Reveal opens one safe tile for +3 seconds. Cards never change the mines and are never needed to rank.
Leaderboards
Playing is free and needs no account. Sign in on rank-game.com to put your Beginner, Intermediate, Expert and Daily times on the official leaderboards. Friend challenges are casual and are never ranked.
💡 Tips
- Look for a 1 touching a single hidden tile: that tile is a mine.
- If a number already has all its flags, every other neighbour is safe. Click the number to open them at once.
- Compare two neighbouring numbers: the difference often tells you exactly which tile is the mine.
- Start flagging only when you're sure. A flag on a safe tile counts as a mistake in challenges.
- On a phone, use the Flag toggle for long flagging sessions and zoom with + and -.
